Shopify's first-of-its-kind physical community space. 4,000+ visitors, open 4 days a week, the model that informed the LA and NY spaces.

GTM & Content Infrastructure

Data Renegades: evergreen content pipeline

Designed an AI-assisted pipeline that turns one podcast episode into ~30 pieces of evergreen content, cutting repackaging time from 4-8 hours down to 1.5. The time saved compounds with every episode it runs on.

Shared AI content infrastructure

Mentored the GTM lead and collaborated with a B2B SaaS startup's team to build shared AI infrastructure. A content workflow became a Claude Code plugin adopted across content, engineering, and operations.

Portland Streetcar x Shopify

Turned Portland's transit system into a local commerce engine. 300K daily impressions, $21K in merchant gift cards, 1,100+ contest entries.

ShopLaunch

From a 2-day experiment to a recurring community engine. 50+ entrepreneurs launched, one went from concept to first sale in 5 hours.
