What I bring

Most content and GTM work dies with the person who did it. A campaign ships, a workflow lives in one person's head, and six months later nobody remembers why it worked or how to do it again.

I build the version that survives handoffs: documented workflows, repeatable systems, content infrastructure a team can actually pick up and run without me. That might mean mentoring a GTM lead, building the process behind a content calendar, or turning an ad hoc workflow into something the whole team can use.

What that's looked like

Data Renegades: evergreen content pipeline

Designed an AI-assisted pipeline that turns one podcast episode into roughly 30 pieces of evergreen content (posts, clips, a carousel set, a YouTube package), cutting repackaging time from 4-8 hours down to 1.5. A structured, multi-step AI system built well before that kind of layered workflow was common practice, and the time it saves compounds with every episode.

Shared AI content infrastructure

Mentored the GTM lead and collaborated with a B2B SaaS startup's team to build shared AI infrastructure. A content workflow became a Claude Code plugin, adopted across content, engineering, and operations, not a one-off deliverable but a tool the whole team still uses.

Portland Streetcar x Shopify

Turned a city transit system into a local commerce activation. 300K daily impressions, $21K in merchant gift cards, 1,100+ contest entries, a GTM campaign built around an unexpected channel.

ShopLaunch

Took a 2-day experiment and turned it into a recurring community and GTM engine. 50+ entrepreneurs launched through the program, one went from concept to first sale in 5 hours.

Shopify Commerce Awards

Ran a global contest celebrating the partner ecosystem: nearly 3,000 submissions, 9 winners, multi-country legal eligibility navigated end to end.
